My condolences to his wife and his children, so sorry for your sudden loss. It is heartbreaking and devastating. Sensei Pete was such a lovely man, full of valuable and useful knowledge, and an amazing teacher. We will miss him at our karate school, our students loved him, as did we.

Sensei Peter was a great teacher and an even better human. He taught with such knowledge, power and strength, yet he was so kind and thoughtful at the same time. I think about him often and what he taught me. He had a huge impact on my training and I will forever cherish memories of having him as a partner during my grading and of Budo on the Beach. Your teachings will live on and be passed be passed down. May you rest in peace. My condolences and love to Sensei Jane and the boys.

My condolences to Pete's family. I was shocked to hear of his passing. I first met Pete at 721 rod school where we became classmates. We met up later in life we when were both working for Gilbert Steel. I had lots of laughs and good times with Pete. May you rest in peace brother!

Sensei Peter will always hold a special place in my heart. I met him early in my karate journey through our Dojo and grew fond of him immediately. He was a sweet, funny and kind gentleman in a big and strong body. He trained hard and pushed you to be your best. Thank you Sensei Peter for the great memories. You will be missed dearly. Condolences to your family, may they have the strength to carry on. RIP.

Sensei Peter meant a lot to many people. For our family, he meant friendship, kindness, energy and laughter. He was a good man that had a genuine impact on so many. So smart and gifted in so many ways, he was always eager to share what he had researched and developed. His presence was always anticipated as his energy was relentlessly positive. My brother, two cousins and I hung around together with Peter, when I was nine or ten years old. Later on in life, we went to school together and he became my Karate instructor in the early nineties. Peter was a genuine good person, a mentor and good friend. I know he will be greatly missed by many! Rest in peace my good friend!

I knew Peter for almost 38 years. A great husband, father and karate man! He dedicated and comitted himself to everything he did and there was almost nothing he could not do. A 40 year martial artist respected world wide. RIP my brother.

I am so sorry to get this news. Peter was a member of this local for over 20 years. I started my career with Gilbert Steel and i know how respected Peter was by anyone who ever worked next to him. Now as a Business Agent at local 721 i watched he two son Joe and Callum turn into great tradesman and i know how proud Peter was of both of them. My condolences go out to his family and friends.
